Eating Snack

Majority person thought that losing weight should not eat snack.But I think ,that's wrong.
Because people always need to chewing something.(Yep me too...)

Snack made me Happy.Sweet Chocolate made me smile all day long. How can I do???
Then I got idea.....
  • I can eat snack on sunday. Just one day a week that I can free myself.Eat something that I like...
  • I have to find some healthy snack to put it on my mouth.
  • My snack must be whole grain to make me full and can not eat anything else that take over calories.
  • My snack must contains more fiber and protein.
  • Low in calories!

So eating snack make my day so colorful.But don't forget to keep moving.
And then go back to eat healthy food on monday. Wait for the next sunday,
don't break the rule. Do your best....
